摘要:基于“北京市第三期妇女地位调查”数据,从就业稳定性、就业环境、工资收入和社会保护四个维度,分析了本地妇女和流动妇女的就业质量差异及其影响因素。研究发现,本地妇女的就业质量远远好于流动妇女;只有在工作场所的安全性方面两个妇女群体没有显著差异。户籍制度仍是影响劳动者就业质量的重要因素。流动妇女的受教育程度、工作经验和健康状况对其就业质量都有显著正向影响。

A Comparative Study on Employment Quality of local and migrant women in Beijing
Abstract: Based on “The Third Wave Survey on The Social Status of Women in Beijing”, we analyses the differences and influencing factors of employment quality between local women and migrant women from the view of employment stability, employment environment, wage income and social protection. The results show that the employment quality of local women is far better than migrant women and the safety of workplace in terms of two women's groups is not significantly different. The household registration system is still an important factor affecting the employment quality of workers. Migrant women's level of education, work experience and health status have positive effect on the employment quality.
